Hi, we are planning to apply the Latest RPC patches for Payables from 1397581.1.

Patch 17176060:R12.AP.B has a pre-requisite patch " Patch 17204816:R12.AME.B".

as the pre-req patch is for AME (Approval Management) and we don't have the product AME licensed in our environment.

a) do we still need to apply the pre-req patch 17204816 and 17176060 (payables is installed in our environment)

b) In case we need to apply patch (17204816) do we need license AME ? OR Can we apply this patch which licensing AME ?
