Hi,

Apps 12.1.1

We're applying 12.1.3 patch and it is failing on -

FAILED: file ibysppmtlgrl.ldt on worker  4.

/ora_shared/R12/SERUAT/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ibypmtlgrl.lct into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG

Dumping LDT file /ora_shared/R12/SERUAT/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibysppmtlgrl.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY

Dumped the batch (IBY_PMT_LOGICAL_GRP_RULE IBY_SEPA_GRPD , IBY_PMT_LOGICAL_GRP_RULE IBY_SEPA_SNGL_ST ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY

Uploading from staging tables

  Error loading seed data for IBY_PMT_LOGICAL_GRP_RULE:  SYSTEM_PROFILE_CODE = IBY_SEPA_GRPD,  ORA-01407: cannot update ("IBY"."IBY_PMT_LOGICAL_GRP_RULES"."GROUP_BY_PAYMENT_FUNCTION") to NULL
