We use Oracle Primavera Unifier and I would like to create some reports using BI. We are totally new tyo BI and have Oracle BI, BI Publisher and weblogic all installed in a local machine.

My question is

Do we need to install these in any servers or local machine is sufficient?

How do I tap into the data stored in Oracle servers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
