Multiple currency within single account

Monetary accounts such as AR and AP are reconciled by each transactional currency, functional currency and reporting currency.  Functional and reporting is easy since we will load subledger and GL balance in both currencies.

How is the transactional currency rec set up?  As an example, a single AP account may have 10 invoices where 8 are GBP (functional currency) but 1 is in EUR and another is USD.  This company reconciles at each of the transactional currency as well as at the total account ending balance at GBP.
