Istore issue after upgrade

HI,

We Have upgraded database from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3 and applied OCT'13 CPU Patching on EBS rdbms Oracle Home and Application Oracle Homes.

After upgrade we see issue on Istore node with JSP Error when we trying to login.

OracleJSP: An error occurred. Consult your application/system administrator for support. Programmers should consider setting the init-param debug_mode to "true" to see the complete exception message.

It would be great and helpful for me if anyone respond on this. Please let us know if you need more details on this.
