HOW TO SEE WHETHER THE ORACLE ALERT HAVE SENT EMAILS TO ME OR NOT

I have defined an oracle alert which would be launched by the inspection of the PO,but I can receive emails sometimes and sometimes not , how can i see the history of the sending of oracle alert?

And the alert actions has linked to more than one email addresses , sometimes a email address can receive the email ,but some can't
