Patch 12660872 caused Adogjf() Unable To Generate Jar Files Under Java_Top

Hi,

Welcome to Patching community !!!

Issue:

While applying EBS patch 12660872 on production system, previously applied sucessfully on a development system, got thie error:
Failed to generate product JAR files in JAVA_TOP

Adogjf() Unable To Generate Jar Files Under Java_Top

oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx.generateLstFile(adjmx.java:2211)
oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx.main(adjmx.java:905)

Do you want to continue?
I said Yes

Then I ran adadmin to generate JAR files - same error
Ran it again with force generate all jar files which seemed to work.

Then tried to start up Apps.

Got error starting up App:
