Configuring a command which opens a url

Hi,

We have configured a command (Siebel Tools - Command) which uses 'GotoURL' method and actual url in the method arguments. We have a requirement from client to pick the url from LOV instead of putting hard coded url on command.We are looking for options for implementing this requirement. Any suggestions will be appreciated?
