How to set up Bank Statement Interface for loading, importing and reconciling bank statements in R12

Hi,

I have to set up Bank Statement Interface for loading, importing and reconciling bank statements in R12. Any helpful note id or white papers on this. I was looking for the implementation guide, couldn't find any.
