Can not retrieve multiple child elements

I am extracting an xmltype variable from a table.  I am converting the contents to a query to use in a bI Publisher data template which will then reconstruct the xml.  All is working well except when there are repeating child elements. It is only showing the first child element when BI generates the XML.  I'm attaching my data template which has the embedded query and the xml from the table.
