Purge Expired Lots in F4108 & related records in F41021 with zero quantities

Hi,

There is a requirement to Purge Expired Lots in F4108 ( Lot Master ) and the related records in F41021 ( Item Location ) with zero quantities. in JDE 9.1

Please advise approach and documentation if any. Also required to know the related Purge programs for the above.
