Hierarchy of Cost of Goods Sold Account

Hello Everyone

I want to know the exact hierarchy of Cost of Goods sold account for Inventory Items in OPM environment. I have defined different COGS account in Org parameters, Item Master and Account derivative rule for Event Class Shipment, Event Type COGS Recognition. When I run create accounting program, GL account account used for COGS is one that i defined at Inventory Org level. I believe that it should had picked up the account defined in account derivation rule. Any probable reason plz?
