SAP Central instance failed to start as cluster resource

Hello,

I have issue  when registered/enabled SAP CI 7.00 as cluster resource,

In this case, i have two servers clustered under solaris cluster software, the detail configuration :

Solaris os version : 5.10

Solaris cluster version : 3.2 update3

Architecture : Sparc

Server type : Oracle Sparc T4-1

File system type : ufs

Problem description :

After installed SAP CI then tested to starting manually on each cluster node, it  was working find  then go to the next step that enabling as cluster reosurce. In  the following log messages, SAP successfully started but still waitting for messages to come Up for a long time during 20 menutes then offlining all resources
