Latest PO Release for particular Item ID

Hi,

I need to have a query through which i find latest po release for particular Item id.

i.e. say if i enter Item Id in parameter of query i should get latest PO release against that. this i require only for blanket PO because we have some
production item for which we create blanket PO only.
