Specific Customers orderable items

Hi,

There are Customer Ordered and Customer Ordered Enabled Check box in Item Attributes which enables to enter the sales orders for specific item.

Requirement is an item should be made available for order entry for a specific customer and same item should not be available for order entry to another customer.

How we can achieve this.
