Approved Blanket Release Notification to Buyer and Supplier

Hi,

We have ASL setups in place. When a requisition is created and approved, by running 'Create Releases' request Blanket Release is getting created automatically but Suppler and Buyer are not getting notified. In Supplier Site level, the communication method is set to 'Email' and email id is entered in the email field.

I would like to know whether create releases request will trigger email notification to Buyer and Supplier when a Blanket Release is created. We observed in workflow that workflow type and item key are not populated with any values. The Blanket Release is creating with Release '0'.
