Hello All:

Reference:  Applying 11.2.0.4.1 PSU: opatch auto Prompts Twice for: 'Enter 'yes' if you have unzipped this patch to an empty directory to proceed' (Doc ID 1622732.1)

Please be aware of this relatively minor 'glitch' involving application of 11.2.0.4.1 PSU patch.  Please reference the My Oracle Support document on this topic directly for more details and feel free to post any issues / questions regarding the same right here in this community discussion thread.
