Clarification of Queue Assignment Rules Process
Can someone please clarify the correct Queue Assignment Rules. Currently in our Queue Assignment Rules with the box for “Apply Queue Assignment Rules on the Scored responses“ ticked and the “Default Queue” set for the “CRM On Demand Queue” chosen.Is it still necessary to set up and define specific “Rules” using the “New Rules” facility or does the system publish all New Leads directly to the CRM On Demand Queue automatically?Many thanks.Regards,Robin
