Request type on smart forms - Render un-editable

Hi All,

I have a request to render the request type assigned to each smart form un-editable although when this is done it cause an issue with n-catalog requests.

The issue is that the N-Cat request then becomes un-editable so users cannot select the required type in our case either Goods or Services as the field defaults to one and the user cannot select the other.

Any ideas?
