ADI: Array index out of range: 5

Hello, hoping someone can help me as I can’t find anything useful in the Knowledge Base.

Our client has a recently patched and cloned, non Live system under test.

They are having difficulties downloading a GL budget via ADI.

That is they are going through the steps:

Integrator/Viewer/Layout/Content /Review

After they hit Create Document they get the following error
when Excel should open up:

Array index out of range: 5

Number of valid rows

BNE_ROWCOUNT

I can get it to work, but this requires a range of GL Codes
in the Selection Criteria on the Content page.
