Hi ,

New upgrade item which is shipped to customer should be added to parent item as child in installation configuration

Order management-->order line-->Instalation details

User have a requirement when a upgrade is shipped to customer they what that s/n/instance to be automatically added as child to parent item in Installbase confuguration.

I tried the above navigation and entered the parent instance number in non-source tab and  in source tab-->in replace/upgrade tab i selected relation ship as 'updgade from' and tried to enter the item but it shown No list of values.

Please advice the process i followed is correct or give me with the steps to be followed to fullfill the requirement.
