Forecast administration - Promo Affinity worksheet

Hi all,

can someone explain me if there are any requirements to have promo affinity parameters worksheet available when opening the forecast administration advanced settings? Because in the Vanilla RDF, if I open the Final Level 15, the worksheet is not available in the advanced settings.
