Alabama Tax

Hello,

I am trying to setup Alabama using the direct tax determination rate vs. STCC.  So far, most of the States have worked except for Alabama and Missouri.  Alabama's taxes are calculated a little bit differently where it's only the Seller's Use Tax Type and Machinery Rate Type that is added to determine the tax.  How would I setup a rule for this?
