EPMA AxisFault After Deploy Planning Application

I'm working with EPMA over Hyperion 11.1.2.1.

After metadata deployment (it happens just sometimes, not always) to Planning application, I get an "Internal Server Error". After that, I can no longer open Dimension Library neither Application Library during several minutes, and then it restores without taking any actions.

Error description is: org.apache.axis.AxisFault. (Example screenshot is included)

As long as I don't get the error everytime, it's really hard to think about which could the cause be.
