Fixed Hourly Rate for Burden instead of Burden multipliers - Burden Customisation

Hi PA Community,

I am using the standard Burden functionality with Burden Schedule Configuration to apply Overhead Costs on my Contract Projects.

So in standard Burden Multipliers ( %) are applied on the Raw Cost to generate Burden Costs according to the standard formula Overhead cost = Burden Multiplier % X Labour Raw Cost

My Client has another requirement for one of his Legal Entity, he needs to have a fixed hourly Rate for the Overhead. The fixed hourly Rate will be applied on the Labor Hours.

I understand that this is a customisation as Oracle standard functionality for the Burden calculation is a % of the Labour Raw Cost.
