MATERIAL COST TRANSACTION WORKER NOT ENDING

Hi,

We are facing the exact issue as bug # 13353282 where the Material cost transaction worker is running for > 4-5 hrs after we load on hand inventory data in the system. Once that happens, all the other conc programs are rendered Inactive/No Manager. The Incompatibility for that program has been setup as Type=Global  and scope = Program as part of Standard Oracle setup.


This is creating a lot of issues for users in the SIT instance.


Is there anyway someone of you can tell me


1. what is the resolution offered in the BUG 13353282 ?

2. if the above is not possible, is there a recommendation?
