Financial Close Manager - Email Alerts

Hi,

I have two questions related to emails

1. Can the email alerts go to a group, or is it by person only

2. Can the alerts be automated?  For example if a HFM consolidation finished, or if a FDM load did not complete.  or is it a manual process to go into FCM and send an alert
