Split distribution requisitions and status

Hi

We are customer still in release 11.5.10.2.   Not sure what is going on with the workflow in our iProcurement and the status change for split requisitions.

This requisition has had 2 splits that make it through to the PO auto create while the remaining 9 are still in the pre-approved which are hanging waiting for balance of the splits to be confirmed.  In the past if we had a rejection or incomplete it would stall the whole requisition.
