Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do I convert a Primary Set of book in 11i to a R12 Secondary ledger in upgrade?

We have to two primary SOB in 11i. One of them need to become Secondary ledger in R12. What should be the optimal and supported way to do this?
