PM work order is not copying BU from Model WO

Hi

PM work orders are created thru R12807 but noticed BusinessUnit (MCU) in model work order is not copied from Model work order, instead of that it is coping from Equipment Business Unit. usiness unit should be copied from Model or equipment?
