I need to know even in High level how is the best practice/ generic or most used flow in Oracle Auction to handle the bidding/Auction Cycle

Auction - method of selling things in which each item is sold to the person who offers the most money for it; or the public event when this takes place

How many supplier are expected , I believe from business point of view , it is only one supplier who has goods and want to sell it with the highest price , so he will invite many customers , me as a buying organization will be one of his customers
