No values to select in Initiator Organization

I need to upload intercompany transactions through WebADI in R12. When I’m trying to create document, I’m getting no values to select in ‘Initiator Organization’ list of values.

Please assist as I tried retesting after removing and re-attaching person name (1621154.1) and also tried defining layout as per 1289629.1 but all in vain.
