Primary check box should select automatically for new address in CRM Telesales
HI Team,
As an Urgent Query please advice if we ‘Primary’ check box (Under the address/phone tab of the ebusiness center form) automatically select while defining the new address in CRM for the existing customer. So that rep. don’t need to hit ‘ Primary’ for the new address and can avoid the error when Quote is created. Because we want every time when new address is defined so that address will be used for new account also and for Quote creation. Please find the attached demonstration of the requirement.
