prorate charges during cancellation

Hi,

I have one query regarding proration. suppose let say if I am migrating one account and all related products other system to BRM, once is migration is done initially if I didn't charged fee for this product in BRM then when  I cancel this product ( prorate ) in the mid of billing cycle then cancellation fee will be charged to this customer ?

EG:-

Migrated on 1 Jan - Customer A - Product A ( 10 rupees / month )

in BRM -> Product is active but product charges are not applied ( no cycle fwd fee charged )

15 Jan - prorate product is cancelled in BRM ( so in this 5 rupees will be charged ?? )
