Is it possible to have multiple pricing uoms within 1 unit price?

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to use multiple units of measure when pricing each sales order line.  For example, if we charge storage by the pallet and handling by the case we would need the unit price to reflect both pricing variables for each sales order line.  Advanced pricing is setup with type 5 (add on) and the item master has the related conversions, but when the sales order line is created, the only adjustment added is the one that has the unit of measure that matches the pricing uom on the item master.

Example:

Item has primary uom of CA and secondary uom of CA and pricing uom of CA. Customer does not want PL as secondary.
