calculable and editable measure

Could anyone help?

There is a request form our user, that drives me crazy. They want to have a measure in wb and want this measure to be editable for some positions along one hierarchy and not editable for other positions along the hierarchy. See the picture.

I don’t know how it might be possible, because this is not even a calendar hierarchy.

It’s also acceptable to have this measure editable along the whole hierarchy but the calculation cycle affects some positions and doesn’t affect the other ones. But once I write the rule in calc_rulegroup, which calculate this measure with “if” conditions, rpas obviously makes this measure uneditable.
