Encountering Error Messages after Importing Files

Hi All,

Just a newbie Admin for CRMOD. Have tried importing 3,000+ records into CRMOD. The file is in .csv format.

My success rate is listed below:

Total Records: 3660

Successfully Imported: 3124

Partially Imported: 5

Duplicate Records Ignored: 169

Failed: 362

The duplicate records are  okay since the Opportunities are already in the system. What's curious is the 362 failed records.

The error log states that "More than one associated 'Account' record exists with value..."

However, upon checking in CRMOD prod the Account name is unique and there are no duplicates!

This is really baffling and worrisome. Have any of you guys encountered this and if yes how did you solve it?
