Clustering an ASM Instance

Hi,

I am trying to find documentation on how to cluster an ASM instance. the 11gR2 Database Install manual only covers the deployment of ASM in a standalone environment.

I am trying to find how to initially install into a clustered environment as wellas how to change from a standalone environment to a clustered environment
