Application management Pack (AMP) for EBS. How to find out the version of AMP installed with oem12c

Application Management Pack (AMP) for EBS R12.1.3.   We have OEM12c  (12.1.0.2)  installed and it is set up to monitor EBS (R12.1.3) among others.   How can I  find out the version of the AMP installed ?
