Ebusiness tax tables

Can you recommend an Oracle document, white paper or any other documentation that would give an overview and details of the eBusiness tax table changes from 11i to R12.  For example, I believe the ar_vat_tax_all tables are obsolete and we now need to point to the zx.zx_lines table.
