JS Dimension Set issues detected on patch 3

Hello guys, I am having/noticing issues after installing patch 3. Whenever I try to add a new dimension set, and I press the button "Add Selected Items", I get a JS error:

Object [object HTMLAppletElement] has no method 'exportSelections'

and the Dimensions are not added.

Also, when I try to update a dimension set, when the edition page loads, I get:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object HTMLAppletElement] has no method 'createHistoryNode'

One important thing to clarify is that I have installed patch 4, and I have the same issues. Also, I have not tested this behavior in patch 1 or 2, so I cant be sure that the issue is added on patch 3 (might be on patch 1 or 2). I am positive that it is not an issue on the base installation ( I have installed several JSK sites, and I have played around with dimensions before, with no issues).
