How do I load Chinese characters in ARM for loading transactions using csv file upload?

How do I load Chinese characters in ARM for loading transactions using csv file upload? I am able to manually enter the Chinese characters but when I try to load it via csv, ARM is throwing errors. Looks like ARM is taking a CSV only in ANSI format and not in unicode, Chinese custom or utf format. The ANSI format loses the Chinese characters and gives strange shapes when loaded. I do not find any solution in the help document. Can someone help me find guidelines if any on this or provide a solution ?
