Acquisition of new company, should I setup as Operating Unit or Legal Entity?

Hi All,

We recently purchased a company that we want to move onto the EBIZ Suite. This company will be a wholly owned subsidiary and will consist of 3 legal entities. My question is, do we create one operating unit for this new company and then three legal entities? Do I create these as three operating units/legal entities? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Our Heritage company, NLS, will still stay the same. The new Company Lash, and its three entities LAM,LPC, and LTC should not be able to see nor transact any NLS information.
