Handling Rework Scenario using MES

Hi,

We are trying to handle Rework scenario using MES. 

Defined the Rework operation and add the 'Process Instruction' at the Operation level.  Created a Batch and try to add the 'Rework' operation in the batch directly. Checked the Process Instruction for that 'Rework' operation in the Batch and it doesn't show up?

How do we add/modify Process Instructions at Batch or in MES directly?.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
