reload customer balance using semaphore

Hi,

is it possible to reload customer balance ( both currency & non_currency ) using semaphore without starting pipeline. As per docs, DAT_AccountBatch module will reload only customer related information and DAT_BalanceBatch will reload only credit thresholds. can anyone clarify this ?
