Is there a way to mass update a Multiselect picklist field?

Hi,

Good day!

Our Client would like to Mass Update the "Sales Stage" field to Closed/Won or Closed/Lost values.

When this field updated with those values, the Multiselect Picklist "Reason Won/Lost" field becomes required.

Is there a way that we can update a multiselect picklist field?
