Reactive Service using WOM

Has anyone used WOM to provide reactive service?

We sell products to a retailer, who sells to a consumer.

We provide the service to the consumer directly.

Because of the volume of consumers, we want to keep the consumer info separate from the AddressBook.

Challange is everything we read about WOM revolves around the addressbook.

The Service provider will have an addressbook record. The consumer will not have an AB record as a consumer.

Has anyone tackled anything like this?
