Login Page issue while upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 on Windows 32-bit environment

Hi All,

Can any help out on the login page issue being faced in the post installation tasks (System Validation Checks), while upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1.

Below are the tasks completed:

1) Upgraded the database from 10.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.2 and applied the rollup patch 13

2) Have applied the RUP6 on the technology stack

3) Run the rapidwiz to upgrade the file system, and it was successful

4) Initiated the configuration of the files through Rapidwiz and all the system validation checks were successful apart from the Login page checklist.

Here it is failing with the below message:

   checking URL = http://hostname:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

   RW-50016: Error: - {0} was not created:
