Is there a list of SQL extensions linked to paid-for database options?

As NHS customers of Oracle in the UK, we have been enjoying being a part of the Enterprise Wide Agreement for several years.  This agreement is now coming to an end so we, in common with other parts of the NHS, are seeking to reduce licence costs.  One way of doing this is to review the paid-for options that we have installed, and see if we can do without them.

As a part of this process, we'd like to audit various code libraries to see whether any SQL extensions are in use that rely on a paid for option being present (such as the various PREDICTION_ functions in Data Mining) so that we can be confident in not installing that option in our revised licensed set-up.
