How to modify upgraded STCC taxes

Hello

We've recently upgraded to R12 (from 11i). We've extensively used tax conditions in 11i in tax groups. All tax conditions in R12 are seen as STCC and none of the conditions appear anymore in tax rules. The web page shows condition lines with STCC name and no detailed conditions.

How does one modify these conditions in R12.
